ONLINE COUNSELING
I offer clinical mental health counseling and therapy and meet the requirements to practice in the states of Florida, Massachusetts, and South Carolina. At this time, I am practicing via HIPAA-compilant online video sessions only, which means I can see any client who is physically in one of the states listed above at the time of their session. Some of the benefits of online telehealth video counseling are convenience of not having to travel to an office, increased privacy in many ways, including that you can choose a therapist who is in a completely different area of the state or country from you so you are less likely to see them out-and-about or have friends or acquaintances in common, and accessibility for those who are in more remote areas, or who cannot easily access a physical office for any reason, but do have access to a good internet connection. This therapist has also found that I love so many aspects of working from home, which has made me a better therapist in many different ways over the years I have been doing online-only sessions. Let's give it a try, and if it's not right for you, I will do my best to help you find a therapist who is in-person near you!
