Custom Meditation or Hypnosis

Since everyone is unique, I offer this option so that we can work together to create a guided meditation or clinical hypnosis script just for you!  It is especially important to spend time in conversation together before I write a script for clinical hypnosis because of the precise way that scripts are written in order to be most effective.

Many people have misconceptions about what happens during clinical hypnosis, so the first part of our conversation will include answering questions you might have, and deciding if a guided meditation or hypnosis would be better to help you reach your goal.  Then, I will ask many questions of you to pinpoint the ways in which I will write YOUR script.  I will then construct the script taking all of these details into account and you will receive an audio file to download and listen to as many times as you'd like.
